Additionally, as a learner or customer of NKOACH, you agree to the policies below. Policies may change from time to time. As part of your enrollment, you will be required to sign a detailed Intake Agreement.

 
Payment Policy

Learner/Customer agrees to:

  • Pay all program fees on or before the due date(s) specified on invoice(s).
  • All quoted fees are valid for 15 days from the time they were provided by email.
    If Learner/Customer delays the start of the program mentioned in this agreement or doesn’t pay their applicable fees before they are due, the then prevailing fees will apply.
  • No refunds will be issued for fees paid to NKOACH unless for reasons stipulated in the refund policy.
  • Internationally, $30 late payments will be accessed on all installments overdue by more than 3 days. In India, the late fee will be Rs 1000.

Refund Policy

No “change of mind” refunds will be issued for fees paid to NKOACH.
If NKOACH cancels a program or changes the start date by more than 30 days, learners may request a refund of any fees paid.
Refunds and partial payments may also be requested in cases of serious illness.
